Knowing your place in creation affirms how prized you are by God and helps you live out His mission.
And what is His mission?
To redeem & restore the image that was marred in our rebellion.
I wish I could have better conveyed the beautiful truth that is shown in Genesis Chapter 1. To fully understand the implications of being His image bearer is to better understand all that is happening in the world and in your life.
Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.” — Genesis 1:26
But the Holy Spirit is the BEST TEACHER. So as you read this week's reading, I trust that He will fill in the gaps, and blow your mind with the truth as He did mine in my study. And next week it just get's better as we look full upon His grace and Sola Gratia in Ephesians Chapter 2.
