Jesus tells us that, when we come to know Him, His truth will set us free. See, we are in bondage until we submit to the will of God and come under the good news of His gospel as revealed in His Word.
Have you come under God's truth?
If you have, you know that it is only in Christ that we can truly see who we are truly meant to be. That's what God's truth does.
In Romans, the Apostle Paul lays our God's Plan of Salvation in great detail. He tells us what the problem is, what God has done about it, and what our role is supposed to be.
Brothers and sisters, now more than ever the gospel calls us to live consistently with what we say we believe and like the One Who we claim to follow.
Let Christ's call to come to Him set your identity for eternity!
And let His Spirit let you live like it.
But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code. — Romans 7:6
