Isn't it assuring to see that God does not change? This means that He can always be completely counted upon.
The Seder showed us the the promises of God have alway been fulfilled in and through Jesus Christ— the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
We saw this in the 4 'I will statements' of the Seder's/Savior's story.
“Say, therefore, to the sons of Israel, ‘I am the LORD, and [#1] I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and [#2] I will deliver you from their bondage. [#3] I will also redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. ‘Then [#4] I will take you for My people, and I will be your God…” — Exodus 6.6–8
Remember these, and so many other promises of Christ as we walk through the Holy Week together.
