**Please note that there are discounted rates for those in our church family who register by 9/30. (Rates go up $10/person on 10/01.)**

Payment can be make by cash or check (make your check it out to CROSSTRAIN CHURCH and note RETREAT on the memo line).
**If finances are an issue, please speak to one of the Elders. We truly desire to have EVERYONE be a part of this experience.

You can either mail your registration form and payment to the church (21469 N. 78th Ave. Suite #150, Peoria, AZ 85382) or return in to church.
