If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. — 1 John 1:9
Prayer is the soul’s admission of insufficiency. It is the language of dependence. It is the heart’s cry for help. It is a CONFESSION of NEED.
It reveals: What we think of God. What we think of ourselves. What we think of what God thinks of us.
And CONFESSION is the key that opens the door to His hearing. If we want ongoing fellowship with the Father, we better learn to confess our need.
NOT ONLY CAN YOU NOT HIDE ANYTHING FROM GOD...
YOU DON'T NEED TO HIDE ANYTHING FROM HIM!
This week as you READ and RESPOND to the Word, PRAY that the Spirit would reveal the things that keep you dabbling in darkness. Release them to Him and walk as children of the Light.
